Associate Professor Ervina A. Espina, PhD of UP Tacloban, now serves as the System Director of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungód for the term June 2025 to December 2028.

Dr. Espina brings to the role a deep sense of humility, selfless and servant leadership, and a strong commitment to advancing public service within the University. Her leadership is expected to further cultivate the pahinungód spirit and strengthen UP’s engagement with marginalized and underserved communities across the country.

She previously served as Coordinator of Ugnayan ng Pahinungód Tacloban and as Officer-in-Charge of the System Office, following the conclusion of Dr. Marie Therese Angeline P. Bustos’s term in December 2024.
